Finacial dicipline IS why APC was acquired?
Was it because of their diciplined debt or to bring dicipline to APC's finances?
12% 401k and 6% matching. Not 15%
APC benefits were some of the best. Unless you're in upper management or in exec positions that survive, the parties over. Also, get ready for the better than though attitude, it will be most difficult for the long time APC employees. There are no long term positions in the majors, positions and departments keep changing every 2-3 years.
Resistance is futile. Those who remain will be assimilated.
