If they would go back to the principals the company was founded on there would not be a problem ...validation is simple, you are either at the wellhead or in support of someone that is, loose the power towers and the millions that go with them that doesn’t add a dime to the bottom line or to productivity. Always trying to impress Wall Street or someone instead of the employee.
If you take care of the employee and not put the PSLs against each other, they would take care of the Company again.
