If they would go back to the principals the company was founded on there would not be a problem ...validation is simple, you are either at the wellhead or in support of someone that is, loose the power towers and the millions that go with them that doesn’t add a dime to the bottom line or to productivity. Always trying to impress Wall Street or someone instead of the employee.

If you take care of the employee and not put the PSLs against each other, they would take care of the Company again.

No one invests in Halliburton for dividends. I want the 15% discount and then I invest in a respectable company that can pay 10% plus

i intend to pick up several shares in order to collect dividends- hold a couple of years then sell for a profit- a win win for me - though some of you will need to go.

What difference do you make? If they concentrated on their business instead of the chocolate bars coming out of the investors a—es. Then this company would turn around the well site jobs pay the bills not some rich investors who have their hands out waiting on dividends. I say we separate from them once we concentrate on our business the employees will benefit. Water doesn’t flow uphill and when money does the company goes to sh-- just like a river would.

Think for a second and look around. In fact look to the red ivory tower. Actually the company does care about some employees. Why there are exotic getaways in the Keys, golfing memberships, hunting trips, and lots of lots of restricted stock and bonuses with high salaries.

Agreed...if the company would quit seeing everyone as a number or a cost of labor they wouldn’t need to worry about margins and service quality because they’d have employees that don’t spend their whole hitch wondering if they have a job tomorrow.
