Can’t believe that no one is mentioning new reorgs. Is it possible that we have reached a time when we won’t be so afraid and insecure? I’m hoping yes, but at the same time I can’t believe that that’s the case. After all, Pepsi is famous for its reorgs.

Big reorganisation in preparation for West Europe , all support and finance functions in Belgium and the Netherlands dissapear and will be centralised in Paris and Barcelona , supply chain functions to be centralised in Bern
Pepsico will reorganise and outsource until the last employee is gone and only management functions are left , the ultimate American company :all managers

Pepsi will need to increase the dividend and buyback more stock next year. Guess where that money comes from? Layoffs... reorgs
just move on, forget PepsiCo, its a second / third rate company with no future, everyone I know who has been laid off from that place has ended up in a better place and is much happier
