As a former employee over 7 years ago I have seen this location go from bad to worst. The mgmt is awful and the poor associates are completely lost. I have actually stood and watched the SM and her mgr RC watch customers struggle for info and help from these lost associates. So sad this district is managed so poorly.

True BB was too good for BBB, he was honest, fair, qualified and a true gentleman with integrity. Did he make some mistakes of course but he righted the wrong. Oh how we wish he was back and we are thrilled that he’s making a big positive difference for the company he now leads. Those employees are very fortunate to have him!
A lot went downhill after BB got ran out by DP and SS.
This is true, the good ones are gone from that location you can tell for sure!!!!!
