Clueless writer who did not know automation in ourcase meant outsouring that very function.
The author is a twat.
Of course this author is going to praise outsourcing that is his forte. It’s what he gets paid to do and is not going to bad mouth it. Why don’t they publish an article from someone who has or is feeling the pain of working for such a company?
I read that fluff piece. An opinion formed with no real knowledge of the true inner workings of the company.
