"What is the outcome of below?"
They're holding hearings on all of those today (4/16). Here's the agenda:
http://www.kccllc.net/windstream/document/1922312190415000000000045
Most previously raised objections from creditors to today's motions have been addressed by subsequent changes by Windstream to their initial motions.
You can skim that link above and see each of the 20+ motions and its status .
Most are listed as "uncontested" -- in other words, Windstream made requested changes and the previously objecting creditors are happy now.
That includes the stuff mentioned below about "retained professionals" (refers to outside lawyers, etc hired for the bankruptcy -- not company employees).
The stuff about wages is also uncontested - here's that document:
http://www.kccllc.net/windstream/document/1922312190412000000000026
"The Debtors are authorized, but not directed, in their sole discretion, to continue to
provide, and to pay any claims or obligations on account of, the Employee Compensation and Benefits in the ordinary course and in accordance with the Debtors’ prepetition policies and prepetition practices, irrespective of whether such obligations arose prepetition or postpetition."
"The Debtors shall not make any non-ordinary course bonus, incentive, or severance payments to any Insiders (as such term is defined in section 101(31) of the Bankruptcy Code) without further order of this Court."
("Insiders" = very senior management and the Board of Directors)
I assume the judge will approve all the uncontested stuff.

TT is in court today asking for approval to lay-off. Because of ch11 win has to gain approval before he can cut away. It’s probably already laid out tgey just need approval and it will happen quick.
Everything is business as usual. We’re doing great!!!
We need those new logos so get after it!
Layoffs will never end in this industry.
Restructuring announcements next week watch stream for the BS 'so glad to be on the winning team' org chart posts... The layoffs to occur once bankruptcy gets on track estimated July.
Ok when are you predicting they start?
Executive's PR campaign calling for calm worked. Only the id--ts will be surprised when layoffs start.
That's because it's business as usual. Nothing to see here. Layoffs are a thing of the past. None in forever!
Calm before the storm
