Business unit managers to hire brother-in-law trucking companies as vendors? Wouldn’t this constitute a blatant conflict of interest? They need to look closely and see this directly in front of them. Or do they really care

Bet you not in afternoon BU mgrs conference call with bs -- you probably serving the water and cookie orders while roaming around msg boards on company time.
Still here, and Doors still open, OH lights still ON. KATY😄😄😄
Dow UP 80 Points. nr down to $7.06 for the day/ ie 17% DROP for the day on heavy trading volume. Party on, as they say.
Trading at $7.65 When it gets to $6.65 it will be about right. That $9.50 price that ph sold for at first of month looking Pretty Good. Katy must have gone underground
The corporate overhead expense STICKS OUT like a sore thumb , and even worse it is the 1st Quarter Increase in 2019 Overhead $$$$$$$ that is mostly for the top corporate and upcoming retiring executives. What a complete joke this is . A person could not write a script this crazy if they tried for Years. I got a BIG picture of the margins they are getting on that deepwater job for Shell. The major fluids cos obviously said they refused to work at that price.
Even more glaring than all the other numbers, Corp office expense UP from $8.4m to $11.7m. FOLKS THAT IS A SERIOUS ISSUE. You might as well sale off/give away fluids to Baker and just be a mats company. That is the ONLY part of NR that shows any part of a decent business plan. Fluids is the biggest JOKE in the patch. You were snookered by a totally unqualified id--t with no semblance of a brain, then you were brainwashed, allowing the complete dismantling of fluids. I hope you are happy Paul, you totally approved this train wreck.
Stockholders Equity was UP a WHOPPING GRAND TOTAL of $100,000 from the end of 2018 to end of Present Quarter in 2019 BUT, Ready for THIS, YES, LONG TERM DEBT WAS UP $20,000,000.00. LONG TERM DEBT UP TWENTY MILLLLLLION DOLLARS $$$$$$$ in THREE MONTHS. Is the BOD in this company even Breathing? For the 1st Quarter 2019 vs 4th Quarter 2018 Cash-DOWN Receivables-DOWN Inventories- DOWN
LMAO
NR --$.01 cent per share profit for the 1st Q 2019 ( The Analyst's were looking for $.08 ) What a FRIGGING Unmitigated Disaster!!! The Fluids Div numbers are even WORSE. Sales, Operating Income, WHATEVER. Fluids HAS a 2.4% OPERATING Margin. That's TWO POINT FOUR PERCENT OPERATING MARGIN ...What a JOKE!!!!
