Terrific! That what years of exceeding expected goals got me. That’s what years of loyalty and staying late and volunteering to work weekends got me. I was mad at first but I’m just so let down now. I’m left thinking is this what the corporate world is like now? Should I even go back into another corporate job? For years Pepsi has placed us all in a stressful environment. Threatening layoffs every February. For years we all walk on egg shells with low moral and when the smoke clears we pick ourselves up, press submit on the PDR and strive to jump through those hoops they place for us another year. I’m not angry that I was outsourced this week. I’m sad Pepsi didn’t have the faith in me that I had in it. Im sad that they have now jaded me for the next job. I’m sad they are ripping me out of a great family like team. I’m sad I in the end was nothing to them. There is no such thing as loyalty in business anymore. Employees are just puppets easily replaced with a cheaper model. Shame on you PepsiCo. Shame on you for being so un-American.

how can you be so naive ???? !!!! ???? , especially with a big stupid bloated whale of a corporation like Pepsico ??? working late ??? working weekends ???? give me a break, did you honestly think they would they hestitate a split second before laying you off ???? good lord, this has been going on for 20 years now, its nothing new, and somehow Pepsico IT was supposed to be immune it ? Don't waste your time being depressed and sad about that place, a junkfood company, just be glad your outta that c-appy place and move on to bigger and better.

anyway what's so American on Pepsico except that it was founded in the US , it's a multinational . They don't discriminate but outsource in all countries , and very sure that once IT is automatised , they will cut also jobs in India and Poland

No one should be surprised, the organization became anti American the day she took over Pepsico. So sad.
