Need a website to discuss resignations! Three top performers in the same market, the same department, resigned! For jobs that are paying them 35-45% more. May/may not be a coincidence, all three are women! Either way. They were not being paid, recognized, or rewarded for their performance. And now the company is filling those positions with under qualified people. Little implosions that will result in huge losses!
