According to Union Pacific home page, Q1employee engagement pulse survey, we are happy with our current management and engaged to do whatever is best for the good of the company. I’m glad to hear that I’m happy now. 😂

Th survey is a management tool. Its purpose is to measure the amount if sugar in the koolaid. If too bitter, add sugar($$). If too sweet, dilute (benefits, wages, work hours)
Jim jones had too much sugar.
I filled it out and said what I thought and I no longer work there. Hmmmm....
There will be repercussions if you put down how you really feel. I know first hand. My boss looked directly at me in our dept meeting when talking about a comment critical of him. I was laid off despite being a strong performer. Coincidence? I think not!
Why do they do this survey anymore? The gig was up the first time when lance said it was anoymous, then confidential, then declared the results too important to not act on.
These guys are fools, tools and just plain inept.
Do you trust fools?
Wth are you talking about combing the lot for firearms?
There is a lot of employees too chicken to fill out the survey. They think there will be repercussions it they put down how they really feel.
29% of employees took the survey, and out of that only 50-57% believed everything was running efficient and management and execs were doing a great job.... so roughly only 16% or about 7,000 out of
About 40,000 employees approve....
I wonder how long it took for Beth to trash the real responses and make up a good summary to make everyone believe they’re all happy
Well of course it is when you toss all the true replies out and just keep the response from the koolaid chuggers...
I like how dumbed down the survey was this go around. Must have hurt their feelings when we told them how worthless they are, and how much they are f---ing up.
If that were true....Managers wouldn't be combing the employee parking lots looking into personal vehicles for firearms. Too bad, because of their poor business practices, they have to be concerned about someone getting violent and coming after them. That's why they hide far away from employees most of the time.
