These departments will be eliminated by end of May 2019. Its a done deal. We will be outsourcing these jobs. The rumor is HCL is a skilled competent company and the training they are receiving from the cores are confusing and intentionally explained incorrect so they can make HCL fail. Xerox is sick of all this crying and whining. So don't be surprised if they say bye bye a little earlier than you expected.

i wouldn't quite use the words skilled and competent to describe HCL
maybe by the end of may they'll have people's time accrued balances showing up
as far as learning our jobs, good luck. they'll find out soon enough how difficult some can be!
HCL is such a skilled competent company that they can't manage a Webex correctly. Or is it the confusion and lack of communication that makes them a great company. As far as being trained intentionally incorrect, that's a load of bull since they haven't even gone to the cores yet. So go back to playing golf with your loser buddies and get off the message boards.
