I heard they are keeping more foreman than expected. That way if managers get let go, they can squeeze their way back into a foreman position. Smart moves I must say.

Managers never had the guts to speak up for their guys. Too scared to say anything. Like a little puppy. Now that there is no one to manage, there is no need of their presence. They dug their own grave. Part of this wonderful PSR process....more with less
