This company has no shame. Yesterday I asked a senior director in ops how this lady could talk about culture and accomplishments in each town hall knowing she was gonna sack everyone. He asked me if I believe everything I hear. Really ????? She has hatchet men going after all high priority tickets to have the priority downgraded and then brags about high priority incident reductions. What a crock of sh_t. She brags about leadership but everyone is talking about what a terrible leader she is. It’s horrible the things people are saying. What the hell has happened to this company? Do you honestly think someone in India who is only measured on revenue generation is gonna give a s__t about customer service at Pepsi. They do their job and go home, there is no ownership or pride. This is all some BS approach to raise the share price by putting the company on self destruct mode. The “leaders” should put their money where their mouth is ! If outsourcing does not prove to do it better at a lower cost in 2 years, every employee terminated will be paid the two years of lost wages outright ! I didn’t think so !
