It’s not that much of a problem dealing with the fact that they don’t care about the employees and that they will cut the workforce to the verge of inoperability. I’ve made peace with that. The bigger problem is that this whole reorg circle goes on forever. It’s one thing to be afraid for your job at a certain point of one's career, but to spend years being afraid, well, that’s just inhumane. Will we ever see PepsiCo without the threat of reorgs?
