Store manager is telling us to not worry that this isn't going effect in our market anytime soon. ASM is telling us its coming soon. We have seen some differences in our schedules, and don't have original matrix days off anymore, is anyone else being affected by this yet?

They are using this scheduling system to wear out the full time employees and cause them to quit or make dumb mistakes so they can be written up and fired. Even store management is saying it is not right as people can't function without down time. Accidents in the store are increasing. People are tired and short tempered. It is all a ploy by Lowe's to trim the full timers and replace with part timers. The sales force supervisors are supposedly there to fill in when they force out or layoff full timers. Management is admitting corporate is targeting full timers because all they want are part timers.
We just started the new scheduling here in the Boston market. The fist schedule starts on the 4/13. As a specialist I was scheduled 2 10 hour shifts, 2 8 hour shifts and 1 5-9 pm shift. Came back from vacation this weekend and my schedule had 4 changes made to it. The part time csa can't work nights and he is now working the 8am shifts I was scheduled and I am now closing the shifts he was scheduled. The 2nd weeks schedule is all 12-9 shifts. So far no 2 days off in row. Some dept. Specialist seem to have 8- 5 scheduling and some of us it's all over the place. I know it's only 2 weeks but not thrilled and see lots of issues with coverage.
Region 7, has had it implemented. Oh yea, fkk Marvin and his god, and fkk the sched, and lowes .

Already in place in Florida. Specialists only have 1 weekend off and no more Sundays. Rotation is not set it's whenever they need you. You are their b--ch and can't plan life ahead. No more rigging the vacation system using your 3 days for Fri/Sat/Sun to get 7 day off then having the next weekend off. Lowe's doesn't care about you. They still feel you should feel lucky to be employed by them. Like they pay a lot and their benefits so damn great. Since I left my 401K makes more in Dividends then Lowe's put in. BTW I never got dividends at Lowe's. I don't work weekends or nights. I don't need a car. Yet you people stay and get treated like c-ap. Move on people
Oh it's coming the new customer centric schedule no more matrix days off .it will be random seldom two days off in a row unless you switch with someone that has another split day
