If you are invited to Xerox Ignite are you safe? If you didn’t, does that mean the same result as MOS leadership?

As someone who works at MOS, I can confirm that no executive level staff has been laid off at MOS.
The President at MOS walked thru the office Friday morning laughing and joking
So apparently everything is just fine...for him
For now...
There were reports of Exec level terminations at MOS, but spoke to multiple people in their HQ and they knew nothing about it.
What was the the Xerox Ignite, and what happened over at MOS? I'm at a smaller core and haven't heard anything about it. Guess that's bad news.
