Yes I will recommend a friend to PepsiCo
I love working for Frito Lay. I have never worked for a company that appreciates what you do for them. You do have to give up a lot of family time to work here. Not enough time off. When you are off you have to worry about being forced in. But all in all a great paying company.
I really like my job it’s physical work keeps me occupied and going it’s not for everyone but if you are a strong minded and relax this job is for you it’s worth it if you can handle it
Job is not for everyone. Very physical. We better coordinator with drivers .
Pepsi isn’t for everybody. The work load is heavy and you’re using all of your body and muscle throughout the day. You’re forced to use your own judgement on lunch and breaks and depending on your route you normally work through it. The truck drop times are horrible and the warehouse can do better with wrapping pallets . On a positive side when you have problems management does the best they can to fix the problem whether sending help or coming out themselves .. they take the time out to acknowledge their appreciation for us sometimes by catering food for the day.. the benefits are good and work balance is possible if both parties communicate. Communication can be a lot better! Around the company and bigger routes and loads should come with help without questions. Overall, the job is 50/50 .. you either have the mindset to get through it or I guarantee you only last a week . Unfortunately I’d only recommend this job to people who don’t mind the work load .
No communication at all. No one held responsible except for the person working at that time
The drivers run the company now. They get raises while the sales staff is out of product so our commission is down and we have to fix anything they don’t do. They are untouchable
Very poorly ran and operated! Management sticks together to make an unhealthy working environment, unethical practices, violations of policy and procedures to conform to their standards, beyond that a really good place to work as long as you don’t mind them pushing you to the breaking point.
if you want to pay off your debts quickly and start saving; I would recommend it to anyone. But mostly to anyone that really is in need of money
Good place to work for
Yes! I live my job! Not so much my DSL
sure, you can make some good money and retire early at 55 yrs of age
...
after a lot of years with this company, No, not even to my worst enemy. Lack of raises, doing the job of 2 people and just waiting to be let go.
Needs better work/life balance.
Its a good place to "work" while you are looking for another job
