I've told everyone I can at my XBS core about this website. Are you telling others? This is the only way I've been able to get semi-decent information, since no one at the top is talking at my core. I'd love to know what kind of representation we have here; ie: which cores are checking in and reading these.

What are you guys afraid of? Unless you have been made to sign an NDA, the company can't do anything ni terms of retaliation. Plus do you guys think anybody from corporate is going to trace these conversations? They have bigger fish to fry but even if they did - SO WHAT?
I work for a small global delivery unit (Global Delivery Operations & Insight organization) and I can confirm that about 30 people have been shipped over to HCL in the first wave - including myself.
