You must give credit where credit is due. In 5 to 10 years these bold decisions may make this leadership team look like super heros. On the other hand, busuiness failures resulting from tossing your most loyal and experienced employees to the curb and running on gut feel could prove to be one of the biggest business blunders in our life time. My guess is that it will be a couple years before the excuses start. Shortly after that these brave leaders will move on and some other brave soles will try and clean up the mess. This was once was a great company because of its employees. I will be watching from the bleachers and wish you all well.

Does that mean closure of all IT offices globally and moved into 4 hubs?
They will make the company dirt cheap to run then refranchise and sell off the units for big bucks. Then it wont be their problem
