Has anyone transitioning received their user name or password for HCL ? if so , what all did it allow you to access? I'm hoping that I don't have to join the 3pm Webex for round 2 of chaos . Thanks a lot Xerox

Whether our employment with HCL is long term or short term, it is employment with benefits. For those of us with a family to support the information is important. HCL has many American based operations, so the rumors that they will be shipping all of our jobs to India are just that; rumors.
Yes I received both. We are not able to fill out our medical benefits until Thursday. Also, the ITime not available until later on the week. It's pretty self explanatory lots of information. So much better than seating in and having to go through the craziness.
Why do you care? It is irrelevant. They will be replacing you with cheap labor in India as soon as they can as that is how they will make profits on this deal with Xerox. Spend more time updating your resume and getting the F out of here instead of worrying about passwords during calls with people that cannot even be understood. Anyone who thinks they have a long term career with HCL is CLUELESS. Wake up!
