What month do you estimate the first re-badged employee will either be released or moved to another account at a much lower salary?

I think we'll start seeing the rebadged employees being let go from HCL in 60 to 90 days. Here's why.
It will take 30 days just to onboard everyone into the HCL "system" and get the process documentation work started.
If the responsibilities of the rebadged employee are already documented, then the only thing left to do is the knowledge transfer. I would venture to sat that in most cases that can be done in 30 days. So 60 days from rebadging to letting us go.
If the responsibilities have not been documented then perhaps 30 days for that, then 30 days of knowledge transfer. So 90 days from rebadging to being let go.
HCL has no need or incentive to keep any of us once the knowledge transfer is complete, unless we have a particular skill that they need and don't already have. But I have to think that's a very small amount of people. Sanjay in Bangalore makes 1/5 to 1/7 of what we make so they need to get him working, and us off the payroll, as soon as they can.
I hate to say it and hear it from others, but I think they'll start letting rebadged employees go in 2 - 3 months. I hope I'm wrong, but I'm preparing for being right.
The only thing i can see extending this timeline is if HCL wasn't able to staff up prior to this and they are still trying to hire additional staff in India to do the work.
What were the signs when this happened before that people would be released quickly opposed to one year or more away ?
90 days if their responsibilities have been fully documented. 120 if everything needs to be documented and knowledge transfer done.
I expect a year, or end of year at the earliest. 90 days is too soon. Last time Xerox people were HCL'd, it took about a year before people started disappearing, though most that I saw left on their own for better companies.
90 days. Tops.
