it s indeed Pepsico tactics to dismiss plus 45 on one occasion or the other , maybey it s company policy because at 45 after so much years of unhealty free foods and kidney stones creating beverages , the health risk is too high ????
They need to investigate. It’s clear PepsiCo has discriminated against its older employees. You only had to see the employees that were laid off and the young group they were replaced with immediately following. PepsiCo didn’t even let their chairs get cold before hiring younger people. It’s shameful.
