Not many , mainly communication people, I was there working on a couple of units about 6 -7 months ago and they were in the early stages of all the dirt work with construction contractors, they hadn’t got far enough along to bring many UP employees prior to canceling the build, temporarily they’ll probably use it for some possible switching, sidings and storage probably with very minimal buildings on site
