Can't say thay for sure but it seemed like Chicago was spared for March. April? Who knows.... Mechanical is thin with more leaving on their own accord and transportation is in near melt down. Yesterday made 5th derailment for March at global 2. And it was a good one too... like 20 autoracks going into the hump.

For midwest employees I doubt there'll be layoffs for at least a few months due to the floods.
