Is anybody feeling the intense pressure from their manager after the layoffs. We’re pressured to get things done in the same, or even at times shorter deadlines, with a significantly reduced headcount. I’m a guy who is used to working under pressure, but this is beyond all boundaries. Is anybody feeling the same way?

UP = Under Pressure. Off the books, ghost units and cars, bootleged, move along, just knock em out, manipulating numbers, charts,etc. Everyone is being railroaded, it's what they do.

Yeah lots of pushing to get things done, not following the process or safety. Assigned 3-4 units per day with mangers walking around and checking your status constantly. Managers just going around the foreman and straight to craft personal.
