Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

To what degree does the leadership want to thin the headcount?

Can’t see this being over any time soon and more waves of layoffs are a big possibility. To what extent will they go? With what numbers less than the current headcount will the leadership be satisfied and in what frame of time do they plan to achieve all of the planned cuts?

They will keep thinning out until full time hourly is eliminated. HR told me this is going to happen and has already been in the works on how to reduce payroll. BBB has no loyalty to you and could not care less if you live under a bridge, wise up before your address is under the bridge. Like it’s already stated, your just a mule.

Morale is really bad right now and I’m sure internal theft will be on the rise. People are starting to stop caring when they see all of this c-ap that is going on. I heard someone say today, they don’t care about their employees why should I care about their profits screw them. I hope there are no more layoffs and someone gets smart and makes a change for the good of the company not for the greed of the shareholders.
