Got laid off. One District HR for 100 stores. Crazy.

What did they say was the reason for the layoff
Same thing in West region... Specifically, California.
One dhr....100 stores. That is beyond crazy. I got let go yesterday (CTS concept, ASM). My store lost a couple of other people (one of whom was probably the hardest working person I've ever met) as well.
To be honest, I feel so bad for the ones left at the store level. The amount of work/stress/pressure that is falling on their shoulders is going to be nuts. Good luck to all.
