Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

HR is doing methodically drawn out layoffs due to the security breach to bypass NC and FL laws requiring public disclosure of unemployment laws as a publicly traded company. These are SEC violations.

After Compass I and Compass II, the CEO stated there would be no more layoffs. Technically, by doing it this way, he would be keeping his "word" wouldnt he?

They did this in Switzerland as well. The local law requires companies with more than fifty employees to enter into a consultation period with the employees if the company plans a mass dismissal of more than 10% of the workforce. Citrix has conducted dismissals just under 10% of the workforce and then will dismiss some more a few months later.

If this is indeed an SEC violation then someone should report Citrix.
