Not seen any documentation...hate the idea of making people fit into a box with specific parameters. teams that do well have a range of experience within the team, not within each individual.
yes, like with goals and values, it will be used to differentiate great performers from middle to low performers. Will it be completely subjective? Hard to say without seeing the documentation.
