I use to very much enjoy my job and was so proud.. now the place is full of twenty year olds that could care less, and we keep promoting them .. knowledge and dedication means zero. Sell them on service, yah I don’t think so lol ..MEM takes days and or weeks if ever to show up, ahh your order sir.. hmm let me lie to you again on whatever excuse of the week is and when you’d expect one of our miserable drivers to show up.. Best in class LOL .. I am in my late thirties key accounts and made to feel like Dad to a bunch of useless brats! And before you say get out.. OH I am, can’t wait to hand in notice on Friday!
Every time I turnaround there’s a new 20 something year old director running things. Knee jerk reactions are ruling the roost.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but corporate cultures like Pepsi are the norm in 2019. Some companies are just better at hiding the unethical behavior with good PR.
The people in MEM who spend time doing nothing but working on projects and racking up airline points.
Only 4 a few more weeks
i presume HR ; they have the time of their career , so many challenges , power and impact on so many employees , and don't have to care about these Pepsico values that complicate things so much
