Fire entire board of directors.

Retain all seasoned management thats left, through fair pay, 401k match each pay period, decent health care, bonus incentives etc.

Acknowledge good talent and reward it. ( no carrot, no care! No care no customer service! No customer service no bbby) its not a hard concept.

Make associates and management feel like they are not gonna be fired at any given moment.

Pip the pieces of c-ap and get rid of them through the proper channel.

Give unwanted management an offer to leave or stay. Sweeten it s little so they WILL move on.

Put on demand hours in the stores.

Have monthly parties, goals etc to motivate staff.

Buy stuff that sales like UGG, name brand good quality merchandise. Stay trendy (FASHION!!)

Get rid of beyond plus..seriously we have shot ourselves in the foot!!

Quit changing the return policy. Yes it needed to change 10 years ago but make up your mind what its going to be.
