I’ve done my PMP the same way for years. They force me to set goals or SMART goals or IMPACT goals or whatever the hell they want to call them this year and then I ignore the whole damn thing for eleven months. Then I spend fifteen to twenty minutes during a shift about two days before it’s due to be done and I fake the whole damn thing and send it off to my ASM.
You know how many times I’ve had the slightest problem with that? That’s right. ZERO. Not once, not in over ten damn years. I always, always fake the stupid thing and they’ve never given a bag of cat piss about it.
Why, you might ask? Because the managers give even less of a sht about it than I do. It’s one of those useless tasks that we’re forced to go through every year because some damn simpleton in corporate HR thinks it’s hot sht. Evidently someone’s bonus is based off this trash because I can’t think of any other reason why anyone would give a damn.
But here I go again. It’s PMP time! I swear to god I’m going to put in a dirty limerick this time just to prove that no one reads these f*cking things.
