Lean is the best thing that has happened to DQ all these old timers need to get out, we the younger more advanced workers can keep DQ safe.
Lean relies heavily on employee engagement, but to us all who work for, or did work for DQ Lean now implies layoffs. Senior management have made Lean a failure before it even began.
Blakeminions bought this lean BS idea just to agree with their master and keep their jobs.
This is why GE failed so miserably in the energy business after they bought Baker Hughes/Vetco.
The ex- COO at DQ was the only guy that actually realized this, but alas, he is gone ! Blake and his mo--n minions are totally out of touch with the real world. The guy that now runs manufacturing has zero experience running a machine shop. Wait, maybe he used the shop restroom, so that has to count for something, doesn't it ??
