They won’t let you fix it when you find it anyway. Defer defer defer! Even fra defects.
KC needs to change their operations on their pit to be competitive. Too many finders, not enough fixers.
After April 23 NLR will have lost almost 50 electricians and probably that many or more machinists. I have a hunch it’s gonna get much worse. Hope I’m wrong.
With the projected cuts in April there will be around 51 machinist let go since Dec 2018. Not sure on the other numbers
NLR has been hot the hardest.
KC loco is in the 30's with the electricians getting hit the hardest!! We have had multiple others quit!!
