Xerox Workplace Suite? Docushare? C'mon ... we'd get our butt's handed to us if we HAD to sell this. The competition is SO far ahead of these solutions, when I heard this several weeks ago I knew it was a sham and there was no plan for growth. Yep, time to find something else.

Docushare still used in house, including many custom solutions leveraging aging, workflow, lifecycle management, auto routing from MFDs, etc - lots of features not available in Sharepoint.
DocuShare is a decent product and not a nightmare to manage from and admin/permissions standpoint if you know what you are doing. Selling it against some better know options is the real challenge and with everything currently in the works, what id--t is going to want to buy anything Xerox related...
Don’t appreciate being called a liar when I know I use both in my organization. Be careful calling someone a liar if you don’t have knowledge of all organizations in the company.
Xerox Device Manager, Xerox Workplace Suite, Xerox Workplace Cloud, Xerox App Gallery with Single Sign On capabilities with the Workplace Solutions team... there are plenty of software offerings and they are actually VERY Competitive from a price standpoint with the competitors who have over-engineered their solutions. Over engineered, pricey print management solutions are not something customers really want to invest in these days.
AI software to eliminate jobs
Docushare is still used by some groups.
That's a lie. Docushare was dropped for Microsoft SharePoint inhouse. DocuShare is unusable. File access permissions were a nightmare to modify to the point where secure data was being mismanaged.
Yes, Use Docushare and Workplace Suite in Xerox
Do we even use this sw in house?
