What does it mean if our whole admin team (out of about 18) has been rebadged to HCL except two of us.....and neither of us are managers?

It means constant looking over your shoulder, wondering what will happen next. Stress increase. Further co-worker exits. Continued benefit cuts
Where are you based?
It means you are favored.
Someone not employed by HCL needs to verify billing and HCL is doing it right.
It means post your resume quick. They most likely will lay you off.
