Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

How will work get done?

After yesterday, and after everything that has been happening in the last year or two - and I'm talking layoffs, attrition, vacant position remaining vacant - who is it that Xerox thinks will do the actual work that needs to be done? Do they even care?

Is ending Xerox now the official business strategy?

With Xerox creating the holding company umbrella I suspect this is the beginning of the final "carve up" phase that will see the company completely parceled out. This is the business strategy the company appears to be taking at this point.

Almost 500 ppl if not more yesterday alone in the u.s. were basically invalidated and shown the door only giving them the option to go through another temporary one. Feels like our time and we meant NOTHING and the same fate awaits those left if xerox can even survive after its all said and done. They willbe rated worst company to work for.
