Guessing the French will move quicker than the past 9 years?

Have worked a number of JV's over the years with Total. They are well known for overworking every project from all the angles before they even think about making a decision. Not a chance they will take the APC work on Moz at face value. This will go to Pau and be completely re-worked before they do anything with it.

Total Africa interests are handled out of Europe so you are in the wrong place for them to be integrated.

That’s maybe true but they will

Use their own team AMA1 folks will be let go and Total folks will run the project so I would start packing...

they can't recycle a project of this size that is ready for FID and with commitments to customers for delivery in near future. They will need to proceed as-is and make changes in teams and minor plan revisions as time permits.

Your joking right. The whole project will get recycled from scratch via total Paris.

I'm sure the country of Mozambique welcomes Total over a sh_tty operator like Anadarko. But if you're referring to the project team as "Mozambique," you're going to get canned, so I wouldn't be too jazzed up.
