Everything about AIG is disturbing mid level managers hardly ever speak to you & walk right past you you are a nobody here in KC SS it’s pervasive and the ones older are in some sense stuck in between a rock & a hard place leave for what they don’t want to hire you after you hit a certain age so you hang on over worked under paid & definitely under appreciated this Co or organization (unorganized chaos) will reap the karma it is so successfully sown they have cut into WC so all bets are off now how much longer until this lob is moved overseas Manila KL it’s at best a c-ap shoot by now - anyone want to hazard a guess what’s in the offing - thanks

amen that's the sad fact about this whole thing is that the company is a bunch of hypocrites
True, but I just find it to be kind of 'cowardly' for lack of a better word.
We live in a world of consequences, if you create a sh--ty work culture then reap what you sow and at least own it lol.
Which is why nobody looking for a job should trust Glassdoor to be a transparent arbiter of insider's impressions of a company. Would not be surprised of Indeed.com doesn't have a similar profit center. The positive reviews are so obviously canned HR moles it's laughable. If someone is naive enough to believe them, then they get what they deserve.
Glassdoor: you can pay to manage your page. All companies do that. They have easy access to removing posts.
