5/10, 6 am start . I am DREADING going to work because I HATE it! Once a job I enjoyed, and a place I looked forward to going to and helping customers and achieving something, has become... HELL! Nothing makes any sense, we run around frantically putting out fires every goddamn day, and customers never get served and are very angry.
The Pro Supervisor is psychologically handicapped, and cannot direct the pro/lumber depts correctly. Every directive is backwards and he causes more tasking by being in that position. Our ASM hides, and never comes around. It doesnt matter though because if we go to him with any issue, he makes excuses then threatens us, the innocent.
It is an extremely hostile environment, and impossible to do our jobs. We are set up to fail, and Im done even trying. I will waste as much time as possible, and lie like they do to not get things done.
Way to go Lowe's, you have ruined the stores and all operations. Nothing is working, and fkk your podcasts and corporate directions. You all know (i know you do because Ive filed ethics points and emailed corporate brass on whats been going on) what is going on and do NOTHING. So, we will too. We will do NOTHING.
Why didnt I finish IRP's? I was with customers.
