Be prepared for more layoffs in San Diego. These people put in place to continue cuts with no regard to how it will affect the running of the park and all they see is an opportunity to make a name for themselves.

Rumor is a former director in Virginia itching to step on people to get their way back to California. Sincerest condolences to my friends in PO if the situation develops that way.
The original comment could have been worded better, but I believe OP was referring to the 3 department heads who were let go and replaced by members of the BAT team as not doing their jobs, not all the hourly folks who were let go just before the senior leader changes.

Those people were trying their damn best to continue to function at the highest level while gutting everything per corporate. These cuts are all about Scott stepping on everyone and everything to line his pocket as fast as possible so he can make his money and cut and run. He does not care about the park or the incredible people making that place run.
