Any chance somebody can let us know what happened at Dun & Bradstreet regarding benefits? My dad's been in a lousy mood this entire week, but he's not saying why. Something tells me this might have something to do with it.
I'd be very grateful for any info.
The biggest cut so far was when they slashed our severance packages by half. Wouldn’t expect raises or bonuses for a while either.
They've been whittling away smaller benefits, but nothing bigger has been announced/changed yet in that regard. Rumors are they're going to eventually reduce PTO, sick days, working from home flexibility, 401k matching, etc.
These are just rumors for now, but this new owner and CEO seem very intent on cutting cost wherever and however they can.
