Use to be a good company.
Lots of the problems are in the upper mgmt level, especially with the dm and above.
They let the dm ruin people’s lives through bullying, and intimidation through threatening job security.
Loys of great people just lost their long term jobs, yet the snake still slithers.
Too bad.
They termed the wrong people.
I agree!! She comes into the stores, bullies people and tells them she is better then them.
Such a disappointment..
She wouldn’t last 5 min in any other company.
NH DM only cares about letting everyone know she’s always right and perfect. Visits stores and tells managers everything they do is wrong. Then she’ll put away 1 cart of freight and brag for a week that she did everything for the store and they don’t do anything. She never wants to help people do a better job or give praise when they do because if she keeps them down then she thinks it makes her look better.
I know the 2 DMs for the NH stores. Neither are that great. If you try to do something. Different they tell you no- even if it’s a good idea. And if they ask you do do something... let’s say transfer to a store far away- you have to or it’s career s---c-de. They front as if they care for their people, yet they don’t develop their people!
Start at DM go up fire them all, worthless people!! May 2019 enjoy, you’ll be unemployed by June 2019!
Almost all the district support staff
Some have been there for 15-20 years.
What a mess.
They demoted some store managers and put some district into stores.
They are k--ling the company.
