Fletcher was terminated?
That's not what a Stream post from Jan 9, 2018 said.......
"President and CEO Tony Thomas announced today that Jack Brooks has been named chief human resources officer for the company. Jack succeeds John Fletcher who is leaving the company to spend more time with his family and return to private law practice."
"John will serve as a senior consultant to the CEO through March 2 to ensure a smooth transition."
"With John’s departure, Kristi Moody also now will report to Tony and continue to oversee the company’s legal, regulatory and government affairs organizations."
Does that sound like someone that's been terminated? Oh but there's more......he resigns, they "eliminate" his position of CHRO Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) As of January 9, 2018, Windstream Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective immediately, John Fletcher will no longer serve as Chief Human Resources & Legal Officer and that such position will be eliminated. And the looting of the company by top executives continues. While the workers that are not responsible for driving the company into bankruptcy continue to 0% raises.
