Does anyone know if they are planning on offering the VIRP soon? I'd take it seeing as 61 years is here this month. Nice to get our early and enjoy the time with my family

I'm hearing 58 and out.
only eligible to be even offered every 24 months,
61 is close to being out of the range for VRIP. maybe 57 or so. just hang in a little longer. ship is sinking but not that fast
To early in the “negotiation “ process to know that. GE will use VRIP’s and other tactics (ratification bonus, guaranteed COLA,s etc...) to get their agenda passed. But I think they will just to get rid of some of the higher cost legacy employees.
