Rampant resignations in the large cores. HCL really blew it by not offering the retention bonuses sooner. Add in ticked off employees that were not rebadged that didn't get a retention bonus offer. Which brings us to the task at hand - post your most honest and brutal review of your core on Glassdoor to warn any candidates to stay away from this disaster then copy and post them below. Best rated review wins it all. Prize: hurting HCL and Xerox. GO!!

Everything that has been said about the current job market is true. If you have been a long term loyal employee, you probably have not put your toe in the water for some time.
Now is the time..... don't wait thinking you may get a bonus and or severance.
Those incentives may be offered, and or promised etc.. However the way things have progressed; or should I say failed. Along with the distrust that has already been demonstrated; you owe it to yourself not to put your toe in the water but both feet.

indeed.com you will be glad you did !!!
I'm job hunting and look on glassdoor ALL the time!!!
@YXSeMSm-xlt - Actually I left my core within the last few weeks. I received more money and more flexibility at a place that will treat me with respect and not lie to me. There are still a lot of people that I care about at my former location so I will make it my mission to get them placed elsewhere and will continue to post on here. xoxo
Yet you are still here... lol
Anyone who thinks that employee reviews on a company on GlassDoor 'do not matter' are either (1) clueless and naive on how the current job market operates or (2) from HCL and freaked out that this is going on.
Here's a fact - the job market is RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. Employers cannot find enough candidates to fill positions. They are paying more and giving more flexibility to attract employees. So if a candidate has two offers from two different companies, a negative Glassdoor review of the happenings at a former GIS core would ABSOLUTELY make a difference. So no, it is not like ringing a doorbell and dashing away. DUH.
I think this is great. I also think that this hit a nerve with the HCL parasites that are outsourcing our jobs from America to Guatemala and India (THANKS FOR PUBLISHING THAT DECK OUTLINING THIS GUYS - SOOOO SMART!) as they are having a difficult time finding replacements for the high performing employees that left the cores for better opportunities.
To the HCL Management that monitors this site: We don't like you, we don't believe you, and we are not stupid so we are leaving for better opportunities.
it will 'show them' a lot more than posting on this website. prospective employees look at reviews on glassdoor all the time prior to making decisions on employment. these glassdoor reviews matter - much more than posting gripes on this site. if a negative review prevents just one person from going to this sh-- show of a company then it was worth it.
I already put a review of Xerox on Glassdoor. I am debating posting another of my local core, too.
Actually it's already been done, have you seen it lately? lol
Yeah! That’ll teach them! Maybe we should toilet paper their trees and/or ring their doorbells and run away! Or maybe we can even crank call them and flush the toilet when someone answers!
What a d!ck
