What’s the scoop on PRO? Working weekends?

I work for a company that actually does pro. No weekends needed.
We have trucks and drivers too.
whats wrong dont actually like having to help customers...jo time to hide at ur desk on the weekends?
Its a complete chit show. We all work full weekends, including specialists. Vendors are closed, businesses are closed. You make PBM calls and contractors are irate (being bothered on days off) and hang up on us. So specialists start each week working weekends away from Pro which means at best we work 3 days at the desk BUT, we are tasked so much that we literally work like 5% of each week doing actual pro tasks. This is literally!
Instead of focusing on how to optimize efficiency, getting us support (our csa works in lumber dept every day) , and stop tasking us, Corporate is focused on the minutia, the nonsense. Such as surveys, ripping the desk apart for make over, signage no one reads, and more.
Corporate is chit. They ARE the problem, not a solution. Our Pro dept has 40% of all accounts "never contacted". They want cc apps, then there is NO service or follow ups because we are tasked every goddamn day away from pro. We have contacted HR, and even corporate after talking to store management was a waste of time and you know what? No one cares.
They all posture. No one gives a damn. They make excuses, lie, and cover up. Then blame us unjustly. I see lawsuits coming, and I hope these scumbags get sued bigtime fr their unethical business practices.
Our pro supervisor and one pro csa work weekends, supervisor works every weekend and the csa rotates.
