I don’t see the company having any real direction under this leadership. They may have slowed the fall down but it’s still a fall. Will we ever be on the right track again?

No way out. Head for the hills while you can.
Even the people who should know don't know. If the GT market turns around soon then we'll be okay until at least the next slack period. If renewables take over faster than even the most optimistic predictions then we won't. It's no different than it has been for the last two years.
Maybe after you were forced from GE, instead of going on disability, you should have gotten a government job.
