Not that I have any reliable info, but I have heard from different people that sales are at an all time low? I know things have been far from perfect lately but is there a ny true to this statement. Are sales really catastrophic and how accurate can we expect the numbers to be at the earnings report?

As it became impossible to provide the level of support and customer service to our customers that they were used to, it became very clear that it was time to bail !!!! Without strong service and support, sales will continue to decline !!!! It is a long term effect that will continue the downward spiral !!! SAD !!
if xerox get rid of staff there's no one left to sell anything, I know of big contracts xerox have been asked to tender for only to refuse as lack of resources .
Xerox Direct sales were above target for Q1 which doesnt happen to often although the target was set lower than usual.
“At my core it's laughable how bad it is. ~50% YTD of plan.”
But how did the plan compare to last years same period sales? Didn’t they jack up the plan YOY?
How sales are to “plan” tells nothing, really. No facts here.

Actually direct xerox sales are not in a downward spiral. April was good in office and inkjet.
Sales are in the c-apper. Only going to get worse with the back office support that kept the margins up and the documents clean being gutted.
Duh, Q1 was just reported.

From what I'm seeing, saying sales are low is being nice. Worst sales numbers I've seen in over 25 years.
