Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Sad day when you’re reliable company falls apart and loses sight of the customer

I walked into the Lowes in Missoula Montana as we were passing through and needed some items on our way to the coast. We’ve been to that store many times on our trip as it is close to the interstate. This time no help at all. I couldn’t find anyone in the isles and when I did no one could help me. They either didn’t want to be bothered or didn’t know a thing.

I don’t know what’s going on that things could go so wrong so quickly. We found the Home Depot down the street and shopped there.

Sad day when you’re reliable company falls apart and loses sight of the customer.

Sad to see these kinds of impressions from customers. Unfortunately this has become our regular practice @YSs8SHU-1bli

Kind of hard for the store to look good, and have an adequate level of customer service when they cut payroll back to 98% of last year's level.

Maybe Marvin's plan is to have perfect looking stores, lower the staffing so those pesky customers stay away and don't mess things up?

I work at Lowe's and sadly, you are right. 100%.

I've complained these past 6 months to human resources, all my managers, and even escalated the lack of customer service to corporate and no one gives a sh**.

Lowes only cares how the store looks, and its CEO and upper so-called upper echelon (in reality they are mo--ns and losers) have all said "customers can help themselves as long as the store is stocked."

So good luck using bLowe's in the future.
